- Water must be at least 110 degrees for soap to properly melt, foam and clean
Burnishing Soap
Recommended for fine finishing and burnishing precious metals, brass, bronze and similar materials with plastic, ceramic or metal media. Use approximately 1 teaspoon per pint of water. Mildly alkaline soap based burnishing compound to be used in a soapy bath mix which will significantly improve the luster of your polished parts. Used for brightening copper, brass and steel. It may also be used for tin, zinc and aluminum with shorter burnishing cycles. Provides excellent lubricity between the materials being burnished and the media being used. Use at room temperature . Fine Finishing and burnishing of precious metals like silver, white gold , platinum as wells as brass, bronze and similar materials
